Las Vegas 2017

The weekend before last weekend i finally got to go back and visit my hometown Las Vegas for the first time since 2010. I was able to take my boyfriend with me and apart of his early birthday present i got him 2 tickets to a concert in Las Vegas for August 4th 2017 and normally it wouldn't be a concert i'd go for but i went anyways it wasn't so bad seeing Slayer and Lamb of God and Behemoth. Not something i listen to but it was fun being there with him. While we were there we met a couple from Canada haha that was the most interesting part and the Canadian girl even hit on me she was so drunk LOL it was so awkward while she hit on me. Haha i forgot that i'm attractive looking to girls in Las Vegas haha speaking of a experience from 7th grade. It was so much fun we had the whole weekend there after the concert it was so fun getting to explore Las Vegas on Saturday and Sunday. I even showed my boyfriend where we used to live in Las Vegas and we also walked around the strip and explored and i showed him the Adventuredome since he had no idea what that was. He was so surprised that you can see the planes take off more easily and i forgot that its easier to watch the planes take off here in Salt Lake city they don't have that but in Las Vegas its like your more up close to seeing the air planes take off. We even left Las Vegas to go see Lake Mead Reservoir and we got to see Hover Dam in person and the best part was we both never seen Hover Dam in person so that was fun to see it for the first time together.  I'm so happy we got to go Las Vegas i was so happy to be there. I wasn't ready to come home at all but it had to end at some point. 6 hours is a long drive but so worth it at the same time. I wrote about our trip on Facebook and joked about staying in Las Vegas forever and how i feel so much more happier there than i do here in Utah. If people know me they know i joke around a lot and like to be sarcastic a lot well a lot of people knew i was being funny and joking. My Best friend Shaliece couldn't take it as a joke instead she got all butt hurt and mad at me for it so now she's so mad at me and she seriously asked me if i was moving back to Las Vegas and leaving Utah like that. I was so tempted to tell her Yes i am staying in Las Vegas forever i'm just going to leave everything behind and start over and leave Utah like that. Now i wish i would of said that hahaha but she was already so mad i didn't want to make it worse but it would of been so funny to tell her that but she hates it when i'm sarcastic so i didn't want to piss her off more over a simple joke. My boyfriend even asked me if i'd like to move back to Las Vegas and my response was yes i would but at the same time its all mixed emotions about it. Something about Utah doesn't even compare to Las Vegas i get sick and tired of Utah after awhile. Las Vegas will always be my happy place. :)  I'm so glad we got to get away from Utah for a little while. :) I can't wait to go back to Las Vegas again soon.
