Jaw Surgery Update

I'm one happy girl right now i'm about to get a date for my surgery now that we have finally got the insurance involved. I've got this very good feeling that my Jaw surgery will be paid for so that makes me one happy girl :) I gotta let my oral surgeon know that we finally involved a new insurance company that's why i couldn't get a date right away for surgery cause we wanted to involve insurance first. Its been a very long process and i feel like its time to give up but nope i gotta keep being strong and positive. I was explaining to my co worker about my jaw surgery and all i could say was i wouldn't want this for anyone or even my worst enemy. I have a cousin who just got braces because they want to avoid this mess and only hope to fix it so she doesn't have to go through this when she's older and i feel for her maybe i wish that my mom had got me into the orthodontist when i was 9 instead of 11 or 12 cause that's when i started complaining about my mouth bothering me and my cousin is just 9 years old so her mom is hoping that they can fix this while she is still young so they don't have to deal with surgery when she's older. But its better late then never for me to fix my problem. Sadly this is becoming a more common thing happening to people and i'm not alone. How i did it? I had to remain so strong when your only choice left is to be strong i was being strong and remained so strong through it all and sure it wasn't easy i wanted to give up but i haven't and won't give up. I have days where i feel like i can cry it all out and just want this hell to be over with and honestly yes i have cried and been frustrated cause it felt like it was going to be forever before surgery gets here. Now i can finally breathe and it feels like weight and stress have been lifted off my shoulders knowing that i can get my surgery scheduled and i'll be able to finish this last part of the process to Jaw surgery and i will be able to get my 2 pre surgery appointments scheduled with my oral surgeon and orthodontist and i will get to have my oral surgeon write a letter to my work to explain why i will be out for 2 full weeks and if needed i can happily sit down and talk to my supervisor and my boss to figure out a date i can come back after my 2 weeks. We are ready for this and i know my orthodontist is patiently waiting wondering when we will have the date for surgery and i'm glad that he is patient with this cause its just as much for me being patient with it than it is for him. I can't wait to get this surgery date. I'm so ready for it. If i didn't have surgery i would of still had my braces on for the 24 months and just like that on May 20th 2017 marked 24 months since i got my braces on but after i get surgery done my braces will stay on for 8 months. Just to know that this is officially finally happening and ending so i can put this behind me makes it a lot easier on me. I'm excited to see how the results turn out. :)
