Spending Time With my Family

Now that I'm an adult. I always enjoy spending time with my family and they have been the number one i spend time with. Being an adult I spend way to much time with my parents it doesn't bother me at all besides the older they get I know they won't be around very much longer. I know me and my mom have had problems but i think we stopped arguing over everything i talk about with her which is nice. I still have a hard time talking to my parents about stuff. But i guess thats normal since i havent actually been able to get a long with them since i was a teenager. But now that I'm an adult I have so much respect for my parents i mean they raised me since day one. I probably spend way to much time with them more than i see my friends and I really haven't seen my friends in months i only see them once in awhile now. I know i dont have daddy daughter dates with my dad but I still enjoy the time i get to spend with him even though if its just going to the doctors or the oral surgeon i used to go to the store with him a lot. The other day I was with him and since my parents are getting so old i can't even remember their age anymore. I know they are in their 50's and the other day i was with my dad and i happened to ask him " Dad your turning 53 this year right?" hahaha his funny reply was " No I'm turning 93" hahahahaha jokingly saying it I said okay dad you look good for being 93 years old hahahaha I think he knows cause i like to tease him about him being old and i gotta say haha both my parents are like " stop using the old word with us we aren't old"  hahahaha they claim they aren't that old hahaha but you know grey hair shows it hahahahaha. Just cause i asked my dad if he will out live my Grandpa's age (his dad) but he said i don't know since he has diabetes we dont know what can happen with him but he hopes he can live out my grandpa's age since my grandpa died when he was 72 years old. But you know its gonna be worth the stories at my dad's funeral when that time comes. I seriously love spending time with my family especially my parents. I hope they know I love them even though they have had trouble with me not being able to trust them and talk to them about stuff. I think i'm getting to that age in life where i'm beginning to realize I need my parents here with me more than anything in the world even though i know they wont live forever on earth. Family is seriously the best even though we have our ups and downs we still get a long and we still love each other and we still enjoy each others company and enjoy a good laugh.
